I'm looking to start my New Year's resolutions early. One being to stop eating large meals and to "graze" all day long instead. But I need your help...what are some easy "grazing" foods that you like that are ...
a) more healthy than not
b) easy for snacking on at work
Help a girl out and maybe Santa will reward you.
Ames I think this is a great idea. It's easier on your stomach too...trust me I know. As for easy "grazing" food, I haven't found anything yet. cheese sticks are good...and white rice is easy to warm up.
ReplyDeleteI like Nature Valley's Roasted Nut Crunch granola bars (not actually granola at all). The Almond Crunch is my favorite. They are great for protein. I have TONS, so if you'll come visit I'd be happy to give you a box. :D (Yes! I'm resorting to bribes).
ReplyDeleteLove you and good luck!
Ummm...I'd say packing bite sized veggies in a baggie is a great idea. I'll snack on that all day if they're bite sized!
ReplyDeleteYou know I live on spray cheese and crackers. Fruit cups are good and so are those little meat, cheese, cracker combos (I make my own). And Crystal Light ALL DAY baby!
ReplyDeletePretzels:

Rice cakes

Cut-up fruit...but you have to prep at home!
Um.... I helped you out....so where's my present AMYCLAUSE!!!???!!!!
ReplyDeleteI suggest almonds. They are SO YUMMY and also high in protein.
ReplyDeleteAlso, others have mentioned veggies and fruit.
I love baby carrots (so easy to carry!) and sliced apples as well.
Crunch and filling, especially the carrots.
Bon appetit!
(and tell Santa to keep the presents . . . you're saving for a U2 tour next year, young lady! ha ha!)
